The wonders of nature at it’s best!
Slot canyons are prevalent in the rugged southwest US, but I’ve also seen some very impressive versions in the desolate Badlands of South Dakota & the deep southern Georgia backcountry.
These crazy crevices that are sliced out of rock faces by Mother Nature’s yearly flash floods, post waking up from it’s winter slumber, are the dramatic proof of the sheer power of H2O.
The striking layers of color are downright polarizing & beg you to go deeper into the mysterious labyrinth. I truly get inspired.
