I’m proud of you! Through many highs and even some lows, you have persevered and chosen to not take the easy road. And always remember…..
Don’t forget to live. I mean really embrace every minute, any adventure, each unplanned detour and choose them all.
You will be tempted to stay in your lane but your biggest growth will come when you least expect it and by climbing those impossible mountains.
Shut down your critics by putting in the work and not settling for anything less than your best. Don’t cower. Be bold. Be confident. If they say it can’t be done, dig in and achieve your goal…. then do it again to show it wasn’t just a fluke.
Dream big. And then don’t just talk about those thoughts, bring them to life. It is your responsibility to yourself to take action and make them a reality. That is on you, so own it.
Don’t make it your mission to be a perfectionist. Be authentic. Admit your missteps and come out better. You are no better than anyone else, just aim to be better than you were yesterday.
Be relentless. Don’t hold back. Surround yourself with like minded people and always be their biggest cheerleaders. Leading a team to success is far more rewarding than any individual accolades. Chose them.
Make excuses to spend more time with family. All roads lead back home.
Smile more. Know when to be serious and when to be vulnerable. Don’t be afraid of getting hurt.
Be resilient. Get knocked down and rise out of the ashes stronger than ever.
Get out of your own head. Don’t overthink and overanalyze every little thing. Too much internal negatively can destroy you. Find that balance between being an introvert and embrace your extrovert tendencies.
You are one of a kind. Unique and special. Don’t waste your talents or best attributes.
Be a rock for others to depend on. And surprise them with little mementos and encouragement along the journey that show them you really care.
Be generous in giving your time to causes which spark a fire in your belly. But don’t let others take advantage of your kind spirit. Know when to say no and walk away with your head held high.
Seek to add value to wherever you go in life. Make someone else better and in return your sense of fulfillment will skyrocket.
Find that sweet spot where your greatest strengths meet your passion. Go all in.
Finally….. be a game changer.
